Link Explorer and its importance in Internet marketing

Link Explorer is a new feature unveiled by Moz Site. The Moz site is ahead of SEO and has designed several different parameters to check the SEO rankings of different sites. One of the most important of these parameters is Domain Authority (DA) and page Authority (PA). (I would recommend reading the article "What is Domain Authority and Page Authority?")

Previously, the Moz site had the ability to open the site Explorer (Open Site Explorer), which is definitely a lot of your dear friends with this feature. The Explorer site has had some issues that caused the Moz site to introduce the new Link Explorer feature.

The Explorer link shows you Domain Authority, Page Authority, and Spam score as the Explorer site explains. Also, like the previous system, it shows the links that were given to you. But it shows all of these things in more detail and much better. Here's more about the difference between these two systems.

Now I want to tell you why the Link Explorer is effective in Internet marketing and SEO affairs? Explorer links;

Give you Domain Authority and Page Authority of your site, which can be used as a good benchmark for your site's SEO status.
It gives you spam score of your site, with which you can get in touch and other precautions.
All the sites that link to you, as well as the sites that have removed your link, will show you and you can take a closer look at the link.
You will see the best words that you have been linked to.
Shows you the best words you have on Google.
And …

All of the features that the link Explorer bring to you are somehow used in Internet marketing processes, and in particular SEO. All of the features I mentioned are just a part of the superb features of this new system. Here's more to know about Link Explorer's capabilities as well as how to work with them and how they can be used.

Differences in explorer links with explorer explorer
The Explorer link differs from the Open Explorer site and is much more complete and better. Now I want to check the differences between these two versions.

1) Open Explorer site:

The Explorer site is updated on a monthly basis, so the information and data related to your site may change a lot during a month, but you will see information from a month ago!
The explorer site contains 150-200 billion URLs, which is very small.
The Open Explorer site has an old algorithm for calculating Domain Authority and Page Authority , and therefore, Domain Authority and Page Authority may not properly display your site.

2) Explorer Link:

The Explorer link is updated on a daily basis! So every day you will be faced with new information and updates from your site.
The Explorer link contains 4.8 trillion URLs that are far more than the Open Explorer explorer!
The Explorer link uses very new algorithms to calculate Domain Authority and Page Authority.
Newer features have been added to the Explorer link.

So, according to the above information, the Moz Explorer is much more advanced than the Explorer site. Of course, the only downside to the new feature is that in the old version you could use this tool three times a day (that is, in 90 times per month), but in the new version, you can use it 10 times a month, and then You must purchase Moz Money account. (You can bypass this restriction by building multiple accounts!)

Learn to work with Link Explorer and introduce its features

Before working with an explorer link, we need to find it from the Moz site. To do this, you can select the Link Explorer option from the Moz Pro menu in the image below. Of course you can always go straight to the page by
Googling this phrase.

When we get to the page and enter the link to the page or page, after a few moments, the results will be displayed to us. Note that when you enter a URL, you can consider 3 modes:

Root Domain: Shows information about the entire domain, or the entire site.
Sub Domain: Displays information about a specific subdomain.
Exact Page: Shows information for a specific page.
Now we want to examine the different parts of this tool.

1) Overview

In the Overview tab, we can take a look at the various information:
As you can see, information such as Domain Authority, the number of domain domains linking to our site, the so-called Root Domain, the number of Inbound Links, and the number of keywords. By clicking on any of these information, you go to the corresponding tab and you will see more information. But by clicking on the Keyword or Ranking Keywords, you are referred to the Keyword Explorer tool, and you can see the words that you've been tagged with in Google. (Although my site is in a series of words, there are only 10 in the first place, but the site Moz believes that is not the case !!)

In the Discovered and Lost Linking Domains section, you can see on the chart how dates have been given to you or your link has been deleted.

In the Metrics Over Time section, you can see the chart, ascending or descending order of some of the different parameters, such as Domain Authority.

In the lower section, we can also see the best links given to us, the best pages on our site, the best emails and more. All of these are carefully checked in the appropriate tabs.

2) Inbound Links

In this tab, the complete information about the links given to you is displayed. This fever is also very useful for robbery attacks from competing websites! Let's take a closer look at the details of this fever;
On this page all inbound links are displayed. You can also use the 3 filters at the top of the link list to filter your links. you can :

Filter links taken from a specific URL.
Refer to links based on whether they are follow or nofollow, redirects or not.
Check the links based on whether they are still there or removed.
This feature is especially useful when stealing bug rival links.

In addition to these features, in front of each link, complete information such as DA, PA, Spam score, Anchor text, as well as the number of domains linking to the reference page, is apparent. You can also find more information by clicking the More Info button.

You can also get all this information in a CSV or Excel file.

For Professionals

In the previous version tool, you could give your rival site link and see all its links and, if possible, link you there. But in this tool you can filter dead links. Then all the links are sorted by Page Authority. Now you can start from scratch and steal your rivals with the most valuable sources of links!

3) Linking Domains

This tab does not differ much from the Inbound Links tab, and only displays the Unicode domains from which you were linked. All the features in the previous tab are there and you can use them.

4) Anchor Text

In this tab, you can see the top words that you used as an encoded link for your links.

The general format for displaying the information in this tab is the same as the previous ones.

An important point you can use is that if you click on the More Info button in front of each email, the links that it was created with is an icon for you. It also has the option that if you click on it, you will be redirected to the Inbound Link tab and you can see all the links in the link with the complete email.

5) Top Pages

In this tab, you can see your top pages based on different parameters, such as DA or PA, as well as the number of backlinked links.

Also, if you click on the magnifying glass, you will be referred back to the Inbound Link tab and you will see all the links given to this page.

Another tremendously valuable thing is that using the Status Code field at the top of the list of top pages, you can filter your site pages based on different codes. That means you can find your 404 pages and also see what sites have linked to these pages. After identifying the links, ask them to link to your new page.

For Professionals!

A method for link building as a white hat is a broken link method. In this way, you will find pages 404 of a site and you will inform owner about them and getting link from them to your website instead.

Another way you can use is to see what sites have broken pages or 404 links. If the destination pages are related to your business, tell the web site that the link has given, link to your site that is more complete and better than linking to a 404 page.
(I would recommend reading "Linking: All About Binding Link")

For Professionals!

Another use of this tab is that you can see what pages are more popular on your competitor's site and have better SEO quality. You can also see which sites have linked to that particular page of your competitor's site. Then you have to create a skyscraper content and ask those sites to review your content and, if they like, link to you instead of your opponent. (I would recommend reading "SkyScraper Technique or Skyscraper Technique!" And be sure to apply it!)

6) Discovered and Lost

This tab is a new feature that was not available in the previous version. This tab shows you the number of links you've earned and the number of links you've lost at different time intervals.

For Professionals!

You can select the time interval in this tab and click on the Lost option. Now all the links that are removed during this period or are not identifiable for any reason are displayed. You can check and if possible fix the problem to recalculate the links for your site.

For Professionals!

You can use this tool to find the latest links that your competitors have found and get links for yourself there! You can also check the links that your competitors have lost, and if you can fix the problem, use it in the benefit of your website.

7) Compare Link Profiles

In this tab, you can enter, in addition to your site, the 4 other sites, which are usually competing sites, and a superb comprehensive comparison between you and your opponents. I'd recommend using this tab!

8) Spam Score

Spam Score is one of the parameters defined by the Moz site. Recently, they has changed how to calculate spam scores. On the Webinar, Moz has announced that, in reviewing millions of sites, we found 27 common factors among spam sites, and the scoring of spam scores is changing. Previously, spam scores were between 0 and 17, but now they account for a percentage. Percentages range from 0 to 30 normal, 31 to 60 medium, and 61 to 100 are dangerous.

Note that the Moz site itself declares that if spammers are moderate or dangerous, this does not mean that your site is totally spammed and penalized by Google. It means that your site requires a lot of fundamental changes, and it's best to take these changes as quickly as possible and improve your score.

This fever also reveals information about Spam Score.

For Professionals!

In this tab, you can scroll up and down, scroll through all the links you received. If you saw links that had a spam score above 90, it's likely that these sites are spam or that your linking method is a black hat. Of course, Spam Score is not definitive, and if, after more research, you find that the links really come from spam sites, you need to disassociate them with Google's Disavow  tool help. (I would recommend reading the "Disapplying Spam Links Using the Google Disavow Tool" in this regard!)

9) Link Tracking List

This tab has new features that did not exist in the previous version. Here you can create lists of your favorite links from your favorite sites. You can categorize a range of domains that you consider and collect all the backlinks you receive from those domains in a list.

Unfortunately, I have to say that this feature requires a Moz Pro account, which you must pay for $ 180 a month! Of course, to take advantage of this feature, you will have 30 days free time!

Of course, I do not think this functionality is very practical, and maybe you do not have to pay $ 180 for access !!

Well, I hope that this article is useful for you too. If you like, share this content on social networks or link it to your site.
As always, I'm waiting for your comments from loved ones!
